All our spirits are made from the products we grow on our over 100 year old farm. We take great pride in the quality of our ingredients.
Since 1917, the Souza family has grown sweet potatoes and Merced rye on our California farm. For generations, new ideas and risk-taking have been cornerstones for us as American farmers, and for us, starting a distillery was the next step in our legacy.
*Distillery Tours are only offered on Saturdays, unless a scheduled appointment is made otherwise.
*Farm Tours are only offered on Saturdays April-End of October and must be requested in advance.
